Conveyancing Clerk

A career in our Property Department will provide you with the opportunity to contribute high quality services to a wide spectrum of real estate matters for Hong Kong and international clients such as major property developers, renowned local and international banking and financial institutions, private and listed companies. 


As a Conveyancing Clerk, you will work as part of a team of lawyers and conveyancing professionals with extensive industry experience.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling various types of conveyancing transactions
  • Assisting to prepare legal or conveyancing transactions related documents
  • Liaising with Companies Registry, Land Registry, banks and clients  
  • Carrying out other tasks and assignments as assigned


  • Experience in handling conveyancing matters
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in attending clients independently
  • Good command in both English and Chinese languages, MS office application and Chinese word processing
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Willing to work overtime when required
