Joining the firm as a Vacation Student
Deacons has always been my number one choice. I chose Deacons because of its people-oriented culture. When I was a vacation student here, I was immediately accepted as part of the team in my practice group.
The partners and colleagues valued my previous work experience and gave me substantial work to do even during my brief time with them. Colleagues are very friendly and helpful. They are also extremely willing to teach me even though they have busy schedules themselves. I felt very much at home during my placement at Deacons and could see myself developing my legal career at this firm.
