Junior Funds & Regulatory Executive

Job Description

We are looking for high calibre university graduates from Hong Kong/ Mainland China to join our Funds team, which services the fastest growing asset management industry in HK.  This is a good opportunity for bright and enthusiastic candidates to gain legal work experience and to further develop their legal career.  The role includes:

• Assisting in the preparation of legal documentation for funds and SFC forms
• Assisting in the preparation, processing and following up of licence applications
• Assisting and supporting other duties within the compliance and regulatory practice group
• Assisting in the co-ordination and liaison with regulatory authorities and clients

 Requirements:

•  A degree holder in legal or financial studies or other related professional discipline
• Good understanding and knowledge of the financial services industry including funds management, compliance and regulatory functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills
• A good team player
