Junior Executive / Executive – Intellectual Property

Responsibilities

As a Junior Executive / Executive, you will work as part of a team of lawyers and executives with extensive industry experience to provide commercial solutions to clients’ complex business issues.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with support and undertake IP administrative work
  • Draft letters and attend to routine client communications
  • Ensure that all templates and procedures used are up-to-date and coherent
  • Team Working: be prepared to cover the duties of teammates during periods of absence or to reinforce specific teams during surge activity periods

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma
  • Preferably 1 – 2 years relevant experience in administrative support role (candidates with less experience but clear administrative career objectives will also be considered)
  • Good organisational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work online
  • Legal qualifications highly advantageous
  • Relevant experience in legal firms; Intellectual Property experience highly advantageous
  • Experience in a high profile administrative role, working with time critical deadlines and holding organisational responsibilities
