Communications Executive

A career in our Business Development Department will help you to develop further in the delivery and execution of high-impact public relations activities that support the firm’s strategies. To assist in various activities and the draft of communications materials for external and internal audiences. Our team comprises highly professional and experienced business development and marketing experts.


  • Assist in developing content for internal and external communication platforms / channels
  • Ensure all marcomms activities (including briefings, campaigns, thought leadership, events, sponsorships, web content) is integrated and optimised across all channels and support the overall brand positioning as well as the objectives of specific practice groups
  • Monitor key competitors and produce updates on their main activities
  • Support the business development team on major communications and media related pursuits and activities
  • Support content management activities for the website, reporting on the effectiveness of the site as a communications channel and making recommendations for improvements
  • Promote the firm’s accomplishments across all internal and external channels (website, intranet, firm brochures, social media, etc.)
  • Assist in the production, coordination and proof reading all marketing materials including brochures, technical guides, legal briefings, newsletter campaigns, capability descriptions, bios, press releases and other collateral
  • Assist in managing the relationship with external agency and vendors professionally and deliver results effectively
  • Ensure communications are consistent with the firm’s Tone of voice (TOV) and style


  • Degree educated; further professional qualification would be advantageous
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ of working experience in related fields is an advantage (preferably as a journalist, reporter, or communications specialist in the media, professional services or financial institutions sectors)
  • Fluent English and Chinese language speaking and writing skills are required; Putonghua ability is an advantage but not essential
  • Good attention to details and the ability to create clear and concise messages intended for a group of sophisticated business and legal audience
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Agile working to respond to changing priorities and juggle high volume of works
  • Able to work under pressure
