Administration Assistant / Officer

As an Administration Assistant / Officer, you will work closely with our Administration team and business support units in providing operational support to the Firm.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support for office operation, including but not limited to clerical and liaison works, invoicing, procurement, insurance and facility management
  • Maintain filing system for payment records and other relevant documents
  • Maintain staff access database
  • Maintain office appliances, supplies and stationeries
  • Co-ordinate with the firm’s Chef for catering arrangements in the office
  • Provide secretarial support and carry out ad hoc assignment as needed


  • Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Good command in both English and Mandarin with good telephone manners
  • Preferably with at least 1 year related experience in a professional environment
  • Well versed in Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Attention to detail, organised and with a positive attitude
