Responsibilities

As an Associate, you will work as part of a team of lawyers with extensive industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle a wide range of related contentious and non-contentious matters

Requirements

• A Hong Kong qualified lawyer but we will consider applicants with requisite legal skills who have been admitted in other jurisdictions
• Applicants with China experience is preferred
• Excellent level of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• A motivated, proactive individual who has the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• A client service driven approach to work
