A career in our Property Department will provide you with the opportunity to contribute high quality services to a wide spectrum of real estate matters for Hong Kong and international clients such as major property developers, renowned local and international banking and financial institutions, private and listed companies.  Our team comprises highly professional and experienced real estate lawyers and conveyancing personnel.


As a Conveyancing Secretary / Clerk, you will work as part of a team of lawyers and conveyancing personnel with extensive industry experience.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling clients’ inquiries and preparing legal documentation
  • Providing general legal support to Associates and fee earners as and when needed
  • Carrying out other tasks and assignments as assigned


  • Experience in handling conveyancing matters, secondary market transactions or experience in handling first-hand project sales transactions is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in attending clients independently
  • Good command in both English and Chinese languages
  • Good computer skills; well versed in MS Word and Excel
  • Meticulous and conscientious, organized and self-motivated
  • Willing to work overtime when required
