Job Description

A career in our Revenue Assurance & Collections Department will give you the opportunity to assist in providing department-related solutions in the most expedient manner for the firm, while simultaneously maintaining the business relationship with our clients.  Our team comprises highly professional and experienced credit control personnel.


As an Accounting Clerk / Officer, you will work alongside with secretarial staff and credit controllers with extensive experience.  To assist you to succeed in this role, on-the-job training will be provided.  You will be part of a collegial, diversified and professional working environment and contribute to the success of the firm.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling and allocating all incoming correspondences including emails and posts
  • Maintaining the data of application system properly, consistently and timely
  • Performing administrative and routine duties


  • Diploma or above, knowledge of accounting or credit control process is preferred but not essential
  • Conversational English and Mandarin
  • Detail minded and organised
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good at Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Previous work experience in a professional environment will be an advantage
