Talent Acquisition Advisor

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our vibrant team in Hong Kong. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will provide a full and comprehensive service to hiring managers. You will be managing recruitment across all practice groups and business units for lawyers and support staff, working in conjunction with Partners and Senior Management to fulfil business needs.

The candidate should have proven recruitment experience gained within the legal sector or other professional sectors. Ideally, the candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable when liaising with partners / business unit heads.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish; advising on the recruitment strategy, preparation of job descriptions and advertisements, recruitment agency briefings, CV screening, interviewing, advising on remuneration, negotiating and managing the offer process
  • Provide talent acquisition solutions for legal departments and business units
  • Build strong working relationships with Practice Group Heads / Business Unit Heads, acting as first point of contact for recruitment agencies and advertising agencies
  • Familiar with the market and able to provide constructive advice on resourcing issues
  • Develop and provide an engaging pre-boarding and on-boarding process for new joiners
  • Regularly review and revise recruitment tools, processes and procedures to ensure that work can be done as efficiently and cost effectively as possible and to the best practice
  • Produce regular reports and statistical analysis on recruitment activities

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and confidence to communicate at all levels within the Frim
  • Proven recruitment experience gained within the legal and / or other professional services sector
  • Proficient in the use of LinkedIn Talent Solutions
  • Proven ability to be able to handle high volume workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • Adaptable, flexible, reliable and willing to work as part of a team
