Real Estate Lawyer

We are seeking a high calibre Hong Kong qualified lawyer to join our well-established Property Department.  Our real estate practice is diversified and our clientele includes major property developers, renowned local and international banking and financial institutions, private and listed companies.

Responsibilities

As an Associate, you will work as part of a team of lawyers with extensive industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues.  You will handle real estate matters like sale and purchase agreement, title checking and leasing works, depending on your past experience.

Requirements

• 3 years or more post qualification experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills and client management skills
