Marketing Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

Communications

  • Assist in developing content for internal and external communication platforms / channels
  • Ensure all marcomms activities (including briefings, campaigns, thought leadership, events, sponsorships, web content) is integrated and optimised across all channels and support the overall brand positioning as well as the objectives of specific practice groups
  • Monitor key competitors and produce updates on their main activities
  • Support the business development team on major communications and media related pursuits and activities
  • Support content management activities for the website, reporting on the effectiveness of the site as a communications channel and making recommendations for improvements
  • Promote the firm’s accomplishments across all internal and external channels (website, intranet, firm brochures, social media, etc.)
  • Assist in the production, coordination and proof reading all marketing materials including brochures, technical guides, legal briefings, newsletter campaigns, capability descriptions, bios, press releases and other collateral
  • Assist in managing the relationship with external agency and vendors professionally and deliver results effectively
  • Ensure communications are consistent with the firm’s Tone of voice (TOV) and style

Digital and Multimedia

  • Support the development and use of digital media on firm-wide marketing campaign for online/blended environment
  • Continuously improves the digital process to create a positive digital marketing client experience
  • Participate in video production projects, content for website, events and social media on a variety of platforms
  • Assist in providing training to internal and external customers to understand the functionality of the digital marketing products
  • Overall competency with the latest digital workflows, technologies and video production setups

Brand Strategy and Team Management

  • Construct and implement effective marketing plans to uphold brand image and deliver impactful marketing campaigns
  • Drive innovative activities to enhance campaign exposure

Events Production and Management

  • Plan, organise and implement local and international marketing events including conferences, forums, seminars, and any delegations from overseas
  • Prepare budgets and ensure events are completed within budget and on time
  • Optimise the overall events communications process and ensure that evaluation reports and follow up programmes are in place
  • Support the firm’s various conference and sponsorship programmes, alumni and staff programmes related events, corporate hospitality programmes
  • Manage the firm’s merchandise

Requirements

  • Degree educated; further professional qualification would be advantageous
  • Minimum 6 years’ of working experience in related fields is an advantage (preferably with law firm experience)
  • Fluent English and Mandarin language speaking and writing skills are required;
  • Good attention to details, and good organisational and time management skills
  • Agile working to respond to changing priorities and juggle high volume of works
  • Able to work under pressure
