Marketing Executive (Graphic Design)

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with other members of the Business Development & Marketing team and various departments across the firm.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Core

  • Continually post, review and actively manage the website (with news, publications and events) and other online channels
  • Proactively review, repurpose and promote existing content such as news and briefings for different communication channels including social media platforms
  • Data analytics – Monitor and measure the results of digital activity by analysing and reporting the web statistics
  • Provide creative ideas for new technologies and digital marketing developments and trends
  • Plan, monitor and maintain ongoing company presence on social media
  • Be actively involved in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) efforts (keyword, image optimisation, etc.)
  • Design and update marketing collateral using InDesign and Adobe Illustrator

Creative

  • Bring the latest creative graphic design skills and techniques to inspire the firm’s internal and external audiences to take actions
  • Work independently and as part of the marketing team to deliver consistent and effective designs across a variety of marketing collateral, including ads, brochures, charts/infographics, pitch materials, newsletter, fact sheets, and other print and web media
  • Follow the firm and department’s processes and tools to support different levels of creative needs under a budget-conscious environment
  • Demonstrate strong layout and design skills, acute attention to detail, and self-motivation

Marketing Communications

  • Maintain brochures, technical guides and other marketing collateral
  • Ensure content of internal communications is promoted through key channels including noticeboards, intranet, and via email to key people.
  • Be the custodian and brand ambassador of corporate identity
  • Manage video production
  • Manage the digital library
  • Ensure best practice, procedures and guidelines for marketing and corporate communication materials including LLP compliance, visual identity, PR WIP and press book

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design or similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) applications
  • Demonstrate ability using research insights and trends
  • Continuously find design inspiration and bring creative concepts to life
  • Experience with social media channels (including LinkedIn, WeChat, YouTube, etc,), website content management tools, Google Adwords and SEO/SEM
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams on multiple projects
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and inclusive attitude, serving as a proponent of the marketing team structure within the firm
  • Experience in creative content writing with good social media photography skills
  • Demonstrable office management / organisational experience
  • Knowledge of Concep is preferred but not essential
  • A problem-solving approach and an ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
  • Proactive and enthusiastic in digital trends and have a “can-do” attitude
