Junior Funds & Regulatory Executive

Responsibilities:

As a Junior Funds & Regulatory Executive, you will manage relationships with clients and to develop and maintain good relationships with different parties. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the preparation of legal documentation for funds and SFC forms
• Assisting in the preparation, processing and following up of licence applications
• Assisting and supporting other duties within the compliance and regulatory practice group
• Assisting in the co-ordination and liaison with regulatory authorities and clients

 Requirements:

•  A degree holder in legal or financial studies or other related professional discipline
• Good understanding and knowledge of the financial services industry including funds management, compliance and regulatory functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills
• A good team player
