Infrastructure Analyst

Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms.

Responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day effectiveness of IT infrastructure and service provision, working closely with various IT teams and members to drive service performance and ensure targets are met.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Troubleshoot IS incidents which have been escalated or reported
• Monitor and ensure IT infrastructure or systems are running in optimal status
• Support the installations, upgrades and configurations of systems, hardware and software
• Perform regular IT operational tasks
• Review, update and publish technical knowledgebase documentation and operation procedures
• Maintain good communication with various IT teams or members on IS incidents
• Follow established IS policies and procedures to ensure high quality service is delivered and meet defined SLA
• Participate in project deployment

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above
• At least 8 years in IT industry with minimum 5 years on infrastructure support and operation
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities for major incidents
• Organised and detail-minded with excellent time management skills
• High alertness of cyber security and risk
• Excellent knowledge on firewall, anti-virus product, Microsoft AD, Server patching and monitoring products and TCP/IP networking
• Familiar with mobile device management, IP Phone, remote access and video conferencing platforms
• Law firm experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Immediately available would be an advantage
