Conveyancing Clerk

Responsibilities

As a Conveyancing Clerk, you will work as part of a team of lawyers and conveyancing personnel with extensive industry experience.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handling first hand sales development, and other conveyancing transactions, mortgage files and agreements or assignments
• Assisting to prepare legal or conveyancing transactions related documents
• Liaising with Companies Registry, Land Registry, banks and clients  
• Carrying out other tasks and assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in handling conveyancing matters, secondary market transactions or experience in handling first-hand project sales transactions is preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in attending clients independently
• Good command in both English and Chinese languages
• Good computer skills; well versed in MS Word and Excel
• Meticulous and conscientious, organized and self-motivated
• Willing to work overtime when required
